Spring Session Singles Tri-Cup Tournament
June 26 & 27,2010

The 2010 Spring Session Tri-Cup Tournament will be held on June 26 & 27,2010 at Airway Billiards. Start Times vary by Skill Level.
This event is held at the end of each Session and is absolutly FREE. Active APA Members will compete in their own skill group for bragging rights and their share of the prize fund. The Prize Fund will be based on the length of the session and the team count after the 4th week of play and will be equally distributed to each Tier. This format guarantees everyone can play and anyone can win! The Tri-Cup tournament will be conducted 3 times per year approximately 4 weeks after the end of each session.

The 2010 Local Team Championship also know as the LTC or Dayton City Tournament will be held on June 11,12th and 13th, 2010. at Kings Table. First round will be held Friday night at 7:00PM. Mandatory Captains meeting will be at 6:00PM
This event is the culmination of our local league play and is absolutly FREE. The Top 2 teams from each division each session will come together to compete for bragging rights and a Trip to Las Vegas to compete in our National Team Championship. Winning teams will receive $3000.00 in travel assistance money. As the league grows so does the teams going to Vegas prooving that the APA is the Quickest Easiest way to get to Vegas. The 23 rule and our equalizer handicap system applies in this tournament, and in Las Vegas so everyone has an equal chance a winning.

Singles Boards are Now Available!
Local qualifying tournaments are the quickest easiest way to get to Las Vegas. Its this simple. Find 8 players that have at least 10 matches played, collect $15.00 from each player, complete the tournament using APA rules and handicap, have the winner submit the tournament to the local office with the money. Winner of board will advance to the regional event. Winners of the regional event will advance to Las Vegas in May of 2010.
There are 2 regional events each year. If you win a tournament between January and June you will advance to the Fall Regional. If you win a tournament between June 16 - Nov. 30 you will advance to the Spring Regionals.
Season 1 Qualifying Window: Jan. 1 - June 15 - Winners advance to Fall Regionals in October. All Boards for Season 1 qualifiers must be in the office no later than June 16th.
Season 2 Qualifying Window: June 16 - Nov. 30 - Winners advance to Spring Regionals in March. All Boards For Season 2 qualifiers must be in the office no later than Dec. 1st.
Winners of both Regional events will receive $300.00 to advance to our National Singles Championship held in Las Vegas on April 29th for there share of $350,000 dollars in cash and prizes. This event offers four Skill Level Tiers in 8-Ball and 3 Skill Level Tiers in 9-Ball. 1st Place Prize in Vegas is $15,000 dollars for each skill group even SL-2 and SL-3.
